Who we built this for.
We could have cut this ground into more, smaller lots. We drew fewer and larger instead — for people who wanted paths more than lots. Room to keep a horse. Kids who grow up outside. Good neighbors, with space between them. It's the country we'd want ourselves.
Fifty-eight parcels, most six acres or more, and twenty acres of shared open space. Engineered roads and utilities — not a raw-land split — and design standards that keep the ridgelines open. Built by a North Idaho family, not an out-of-state fund.
